The tiles are crafted at a small factory at the foot of Mount Etna in Sicily. The glaze, with delicate crackling, offers deep colors that vary from tile to tile.

Lava tiles are easy to clean and ideal for bathroom walls and floors. As shown here, the neutral "Pure White" is used on the bathroom floor, while the walls feature the deep blue tone of "North Sea."
