1. PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

MAROKK ApS is the data controller for the personal data we process about you.

2. INFORMATION WE HAVE RECEIVED ABOUT YOU IN CONNECTION WITH A PURCHASE ON OUR WEBSHOP

The purpose of collecting personal data about you is to manage the offer we send to you, as well as to provide you with a delivery price quote and handle and deliver your order.
We have registered the following information about you: Name, phone number, email, home address, IP address.
We use Article 6, section b of the General Data Protection Regulation as the legal basis for processing this information.

3. INFORMATION WE HAVE RECEIVED ABOUT YOU IN CONNECTION WITH ORDERING SAMPLE TILES

The purpose of collecting personal data about you is to manage your sample tile order and deliver your order.
We have registered the following information about you: Name, phone number, email, home address.
We use Article 6, section b of the General Data Protection Regulation as the legal basis for processing this information.

4. STORAGE AND DELETION

The information we have registered about you in connection with a purchase on our webshop is stored for up to 5 years plus the current financial year unless it is necessary to store the information for a longer period.
The information we have registered about you in connection with ordering sample tiles is stored for up to 6 months unless it is necessary to store the information for a longer period.

5. OTHER RECIPIENTS WHO MAY PROCESS YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We do not transfer your personal data to countries outside the EU/EEA.
Your information may be forwarded to PostNord or Skandinavisk Transport Kompagni, when delivering sample tiles or an order.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act, you have several rights.

Right of access (Article 15)
You have the right to access the information we process about you, as well as several additional pieces of information.
Right to rectification (Article 16)
You have the right to have incorrect information about yourself corrected.
Right to erasure (Article 17)
In certain cases, you have the right to have information about you deleted before our general deletion occurs.
Right to restriction of processing (Article 18)
In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data restricted. If you have the right to restrict processing, we may only process the information – apart from storage – with your consent, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims, or to protect a person or important public interests.
Right to object (Article 21)
