ORDERING

You can order through our webshop in all EU, or you can place your order by mail to info@marokk.dk.

When you place your order via our website, our system will automatically send an order confirmation or invoice to your email.

Once you have received the order confirmation, the tiles are reserved and will be shipped within 2-4 weekdays after payment received, if it is a stock item. An email with a tracking link will also be sent automatically when the tiles have been picked up from our warehouse and are on their way to be delivered.

PAYMENT

We accept the following means of payment: MasterCard, Visa, Dankort, MobilePay and bank transfer.

When purchasing through our webshop, the payment for the order is only deducted from your account when the goods are sent.

For factory orders, 50% of the amount is paid at order confirmation before the order is confirmed and proceeded.

DELIVERY

For purchases through the webshop, we offer delivery to addresses throughout the EU. Delivery to all other countries can be made by sending an order to info@marokk.dk.

It is possible to pick up ordered and paid orders at our warehouse at Stamholmen 70, 2650 Hvidovre, Denmark.

Orders from stock are shipped within 1-4 business days after payment is received. For special orders, the delivery time is stated on the invoice/order confirmation. The delivery time for factory orders is for guidance only. MAROKK cannot be held accountable for indirect losses due to a delayed delivery.

RECEIPT

Upon receipt of the tiles, the tiles should be reviewed, and possible complaints for visible faults must always be made before installation.

CANCELLATION OF ORDER

You have a 14-day right of cancellation when shopping with us as a private consumer in Denmark. The right of withdrawal does not apply to businesses. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day:
– The goods are delivered
– You take physical possession of the last item in the case of an order containing several different items, which have been delivered in partial shipments.

The right of withdrawal only applies to the entire order – partial cancellation of the order is not allowed.
Special orders from the factory are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

If you wish to cancel your purchase, you must notify us before the withdrawal period expires.

**Returning the item and payment of return costs**
If you have informed us that you wish to withdraw your purchase and you have received our confirmation, you must send or deliver the item to MAROKK ApS, Stamholmen 70B, 2650 Hvidovre, Tel. 32528081 – open from 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday to Friday. The returned order must be clearly marked with your name and invoice number.

The return must be made promptly and without undue delay. You will be responsible for the costs associated with the return.

Please note that the tiles are delivered on pallets, and therefore, you cannot use a regular parcel shop for returns. The tiles must be returned on pallets, securely packed, and sent back using a freight company.

REFUND OF PURCHASE AMOUNT UPON CANCELLATION

We will refund the purchase amount without undue delay, no later than 5 days after we have received the returned order within the 14-day withdrawal period. The refund will always be made free of charge for you.

Packaging and condition of the tilea upon return

When returning tiles to us, it must be returned in its original packaging. You are entitled to open the packaging to inspect or test the tiles, but if the packaging is missing or damaged, this constitutes a loss of value, which may result in us deducting an amount corresponding to the depreciation before refunding the purchase amount.

For returning our tiles, they must be packed in the boxes in the same way they were delivered, for example, tiles are typically placed front to front and back to back in the box.

It is your responsibility to ensure that the item is securely packaged when sending it back. You bear the risk for the item until we have received it.

COMPLAINTS

As a customer, you have the right to complain if the item has a defect. In the event of a visible fault on the tiles, however, complaints must be made before installation.

As a buyer, you must review the tiles immediately when you receive them, and always before installing the tiles, to ensure that they are free of defects.

MAROKK is not responsible if the tiles have been incorrectly installed and/or they have not been used in full compliance with our instructions.

HOW DO I COMPLAIN?

If you want to complain about a defect, send an email to our customer service info@marokk.dk within a reasonable time after receiving the tiles. Please send photos of the product along with a description of the defect.
